GGPoker cash games come in five shapes: regular No-Limit Hold’em (6-max and 9-max), Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO, PLO-5, PLO-6), 6+ Short Deck, fast-fold Rush & Cash, and 8BB All-In or Fold. Regular tables run from $0.01/$0.02 to $10/$20, and GGPoker’s own Hold’em game page lists the rake as 5% of the pot with a cap that depends on the stake and how many players are dealt in (checked October 2026). The cap is the number that decides what you actually pay.
How do GGPoker cash games work?
GGPoker cash games are ring games played in US dollars: you sit with a buy-in, chips are real money, and you can leave after any hand. GGPoker, the world’s biggest poker network, shares its cash game player pool with sister skins such as Natural8, so traffic at a given stake is the same whichever skin you join through. Each table type has its own page on GGPoker listing blinds, default buy-in and rake cap per stake.
What stakes do GGPoker cash games run at?
GGPoker’s regular Hold’em tables run from $0.01/$0.02 to $10/$20 at 6-max and up to $5/$10 at 9-max, based on the official tables checked October 2026. PLO, PLO-5 and PLO-6 also go from $0.01/$0.02 to $10/$20.
| Game | Table size | Stakes listed | Default buy-in range |
|---|---|---|---|
| NL Hold’em 6-max | 6 | $0.01/$0.02 – $10/$20 | $0.50 – $500 |
| NL Hold’em 9-max | 9 | $0.01/$0.02 – $5/$10 | $1 – $500 |
| PLO (4-card) | up to 7 | $0.01/$0.02 – $10/$20 | $0.20 – $200 |
| PLO-5 / PLO-6 | 6 | $0.01/$0.02 – $10/$20 | $0.50 – $500 |
| 6+ Short Deck | 6 | $0.02 – $10 (single stake figure) | $0.80 – $500 |
| Rush & Cash (Hold’em, PLO) | 6 | $0.01/$0.02 – $1/$2 | min. $1 Hold’em, $0.40 PLO |

How much rake does GGPoker take on cash games?
GGPoker takes 5% of each pot at regular Hold’em, PLO and Short Deck tables, up to a cap. The cap gets bigger with more players in the hand and smaller (in big blinds) as stakes rise. Here is the 5+ player cap from GGPoker’s 6-max Hold’em table, converted to big blinds:
- $0.01/$0.02: $0.20 cap (10BB)
- $0.05/$0.10: $1 cap (10BB)
- $0.25/$0.50: $4 cap (8BB)
- $1/$2: $6 cap (3BB)
- $5/$10: 1BB cap
- $10/$20: 0.75BB cap
Heads-up pots pay a quarter of that cap (for example $0.05 instead of $0.20 at $0.01/$0.02). Two details stand out on the official tables. First, 9-max micro stakes carry a higher cap than 6-max: $0.30 at $0.01/$0.02 9-max, which is 15BB. Second, PLO caps are lower than Hold’em at the same blinds: $0.06 (3BB) at $0.01/$0.02 and $4 (2BB) at $1/$2. All-In or Fold is charged differently, as a per-hand fee of 0.025BB to 0.06BB plus a small jackpot fee. For how GGPoker’s rake compares, see WPT Global vs GGPoker.
Rush & Cash vs regular tables: which should you play?
Rush & Cash suits volume and regular tables suit reads and higher stakes. Rush & Cash moves you to a new six-handed table the moment you fold, so you see roughly 200-300 hands an hour against 60-80 at a regular table, and Cash Drops of 10BB to 600BB land on random hands. But it stops at $1/$2, and you never keep the same opponents long enough to learn them. Regular tables go up to $10/$20, let you choose your table and keep the same opponents. Natural8’s guide does not list a separate Rush & Cash rake figure. The full breakdown is in our GGPoker Rush & Cash guide.
What is All-In or Fold on GGPoker?
All-In or Fold is a GGPoker cash game where every decision is shove or fold, built around 8BB stacks, in Hold’em or Omaha. GGPoker’s table lists stakes from $0.05/$0.10 ($1 buy-in) to $50/$100 Hold’em and $100/$200 Omaha ($1,000 buy-in), with an All-In or Fold Jackpot fed by a small fee on all-ins. It is the quickest-to-learn format GGPoker offers, and the one where a short session swings the most.
Which GGPoker cash game is best for beginners in Asia?
For beginners in Asia the cheapest real-money seat on GGPoker is $0.01/$0.02 PLO, with a $0.20 default buy-in, or $0.01/$0.02 6-max Hold’em at $0.50. Before risking cash, GGPoker’s free Play Money tables cover Hold’em, PLO, Short Deck, All-In or Fold and Rush & Cash. New players get P20,000 in Play Money, and existing players can top up P10,000 every four hours, twice a day. If you are learning Omaha first, our PLO guide for Asia explains PLO-5 and PLO-6. Mobile players on unstable 4G should read what you lose on a disconnect: GGPoker’s game pages state that money already in the pot stays in play if you drop.
