“TonyTheToenailcollector” won The One on CoinPoker for $1,000,000. It’s the largest tournament payout in CoinPoker’s history. The $250 event drew 24,074 entries from 18,730 different players over eight days, and the prize pool grew to $5.53 million, about $530,000 more than the $5M guarantee.

How did TonyTheToenailcollector win The One?
TonyTheToenailcollector reached the seven-handed final table with about 110 big blinds and led from there to heads-up, according to PokerListings’ final-table report. With five players left he had more than ten times the stack of anyone else, and he knocked out SeniorTalez in 5th and VivaLasVegans in 4th himself. He went into heads-up with 95 big blinds to zoru99’s 23 and closed it out without a deal. He was also playing a second tournament at the same time, and finished runner-up in the $109 CoinMasters DOGE event for $19,024.

The seven finalists shared $2.4 million. Four of them, TonyTheToenailcollector, zoru99, raketenbauer and billy1913, had already won events in CoinPoker’s GOPC series last month. Further down the results, Tiniesta1994 qualified through a $1 satellite and finished 15th for $19,250.
What does The One mean for CoinPoker?
The One is CoinPoker’s biggest tournament so far, and it comes straight after its first GOPC series, which paid out $88.4M, 177% of its guarantee. Beating a $5M guarantee at $250 a seat shows CoinPoker can now fill a field big enough to rival the main networks, in a month when GGPoker’s Bounty Hunters Series is also running. CoinPoker has confirmed The One will return in 2027, but hasn’t announced a date.
