Philippines poker pro Lester Edoc won the Taiwan Millions Tournament Championship 2026 (TMTC) Main Event at CTP Asia Poker Arena in Taipei on Monday, October 26. Edoc beat a record field of 1,418 entries and took home TWD 4,757,400 (about USD 146,000). The TWD 35,000 Main Event built a prize pool of TWD 42,880,320, well above its TWD 30 million guarantee. CTP’s official final-day page lists Edoc as champion and confirms the field size and prize pool (checked October 28, 2026).

Edoc started the final day as chip leader with nine players left, according to CTP’s festival page. He closed it out after a three-way ICM deal, Somuchpoker reported. The win adds another big Asian title to the record of one of the Philippines’ best-known tournament players, who already has two APT Philippines Main Event titles.

Who made the TMT Championship 2026 Main Event final table?

The TMT Championship 2026 Main Event final table had players from five countries: three from Taiwan, three from South Korea, and one each from the Philippines, India and the Netherlands. Payouts below are from Somuchpoker’s final-day report. CTP’s page confirms the champion, the field and the prize pool.

Place Player Country Prize (TWD)
1 Lester Edoc Philippines 4,757,400
2 Aditya Agarwal India 4,162,400
3 Sunho Yoo South Korea 3,643,200
4 Hao Che Cheng Taiwan 2,178,000
5 Ronald Haverkamp Netherlands 1,653,000
6 Injae Jeong South Korea 1,270,000
7 Sangjun Jung South Korea 985,000
8 Kuan Ying Chen Taiwan 774,000
9 Hsienching Feng Taiwan 615,000

The top three payouts sit close together because of the deal. India’s Aditya Agarwal took TWD 4,162,400 for second and South Korea’s Sunho Yoo took TWD 3,643,200 for third. Injae Jeong, sixth here, had already won the festival’s High Roller Warm Up for NT$610,000 on October 21, CTP’s results show.

Edoc told Somuchpoker: “I’m very happy, it’s been a while since I won a main event and this is also the biggest in number of field that I outlasted.” He also urged other Filipino players to “go out and try playing outside of the Philippines because we Filipinos have a chance to win international events.”

How big was the TMT Championship 2026 Main Event?

The TMT Championship 2026 Main Event drew 1,418 entries across six starting flights from October 22 to 24, CTP’s flight pages show. That made the prize pool about 43% bigger than the TWD 30 million guarantee. Somuchpoker called it a record field for the event. 215 players were paid.

Other Asian players also won events on the final day. Thailand’s Tiwatt Kiatsermsuk won the TWD 8,000 MegaStack Last Chance for NT$389,500 from 365 entries. South Korea’s Myunghwan Han won the day’s High Roller for NT$1,085,100 from 64 entries. Both results appear on CTP’s official pages. Earlier in the festival, Taiwan’s Pete Chen won the TMTC Mini Main for TWD 1.16 million.
